Video interview at FIE 2017 in Frankfurt

The Food Ingredients Europe was held from 28-30 November 2017 in Frankfurt. Sensus was there to share ideas about the possibilities with cichory root fiber as sugar replacer. Visitors could taste a sugar reduced and calorie reduced ice cream with cichory root fiber.
