Asian consumers go for natural and health

Consumer interest in healthier foods in the Asia Pacific region continues to grow, with consumers opting for food products with natural ingredients. In addition, they are looking for functional foods with demonstrable benefits that can reduce the risk of disease and/or promote good health.
