Product characteristics
The homogeneous off-white powder contains a high protein content (>85%). It is free from unpleasant tastes and odors. Besides excellent emulsification properties, the isolate is stable in solutions and has a high solubility.
Applications
With the mild and neutral taste, the isolate is highly suitable as a functional protein ingredient in products like dairy alternatives, functional drinks, vegan ice cream and dressings, with a good nutritional profile.
